an operations and systems consultant with 15+ years of experience across enterprise systems, international programmes, and teams spread across multiple countries.
For most of my career I've been the person sitting between the technology and the people who need to use it — making sure the two actually work together. That means much more than configuring a system. It means understanding how a team works, building the processes around it, and making sure people have what they need to do their jobs well.
I've also built teams at different points in my career — sometimes from scratch, sometimes inheriting what was already there. Each time I had to work out how the team would operate: the ways of working, how to bring new people in, how to keep things consistent as the team grew.
